A Where music, movement and confidence come alive!

Through engaging activities, group performances, and hands-on experiences, our learners not only learn music, but they also develop teamwork, focus and self-expression.

Every lesson is designed to inspire curiosity, creativity and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.

Why Music at Loreto Queenswood Makes Us Different

  • Music builds confidence through performances.

  • Music encourages creativity and expression through movement and music-making.

  • Music cultivates a sense of rhythm, discipline and teamwork.

  • Music provides opportunities to shine on stage, in choirs and ensembles.

Music at Loreto School Queenswood is more than lessons. It’s a journey of joy, creativity and self-expression.

Instrumental Lessons

Our learners truly shine through hands-on music experiences!

With Mrs Deale teaching Guitar and Ukulele, Mrs Burgess guiding Recorder classes and private piano lessons offered by Mrs I. de Andrade, learners receive top-notch instruction. Their talents are showcased in various performances at Masses, Assemblies, Cultural Evenings and Celebration Days, highlighting their musical journey and growth.

Marimba Ensemble

Our growing Marimba Ensemble now has two groups who perform at Masses, assemblies, festivals, and Cultural Evenings.

Under the training and direction of Mrs Deale, the ensemble brings rhythm, melody, and a vibrant sense of community to every performance.
